Diese Nachricht fand ich im amerikanischen Forum:
"On April 1, 2011, Ambassadors International, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMIE) announced that has entered into an agreement to sell Windstar Cruises’ business and operations to Whippoorwill Associates, Inc. and will do so through the Chapter 11 legal process. Our plan is to complete the sale within approximately 45 days.
This is good news for our company, and we are excited about the future. Whippoorwill, a private investment firm with approximately $1 billion under management, values the Windstar brand and intends to maintain its current operations while investing in its future growth after completion of the sale.
Ambassadors and Windstar will continue normal business operations throughout this process. Delivering extraordinary luxury travel experiences and the highest quality service to Windstar guests remains our top priority. We want you to know that:
